Mixed Berry Smoothie

These energizing fruit smoothies are bursting with berries. You can use frozen berries in these healthy smoothies, too; just make sure they are not packed in sugary syrup.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1 frozen medium banana, sliced
  • 6 oz fat free vanilla yogurt (gluten free if needed)
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 2 Tbsp honey

Preparation

  1. In a blender, place all ingredients and blend until smooth.
